The starting point

Monthly reports were rebuilt by hand, spreadsheet analysis depended on the Excel expert, and correspondence could take whole mornings.

What changed

CORTX trained 35 non-technical finance staff in plain language using their own real files. Work described as taking hours now takes minutes, and the team kept using the tools because learning centered on everyday work.

The next expansion is into Operations, Retail, and Marketing.

The starting point

Leadership and consultants were losing time across proposals, reports, analysis, correspondence, and research.

What changed

CORTX mapped those bottlenecks, then centered the intensive on the team's real workflows. 20 consultant engineers across disciplines watched their own bottlenecks solved live and produced real client work through Claude during the session.

Work is moving toward connecting Claude to design tools, starting with Revit. CORTX remains on call as further use cases emerge.
